The following list shows the PN Offsets for Bell Mobility sites in Southern Ontario. It is by no means complete, so if you can provide me with the PN Offsets of a site not on the list, it would be greatly appreciated. Unlike Cell IDs in GSM, PN Offsets are not unique. However, Bell uses enough groups of PN Offsets that sites with the same offset groups are spread a fair distance apart.
The 3 PN Offsets in each site are spaced 4 apart. You can see that by doing a little quick math on the offsets listed in the table below. The sector with the mid value always points south, while the lowest offset points roughly northeast, and the highest offset points roughly northwest.
